Dezi is a super friendly registered 2006 overo APHA mare with a flaxen mane and tail.  She was purchased as a pleasure prospect but just doesn't seem happy at all going slow.  When I ask her to move out her ears instantly go up and she is a much happier girl.  She has not been seriously started around barrels but we have been working on leg pressure and light turns.  She can turn on a dime and has a very soft mouth.  She would be suitable for an intermediate barrel rider as she does not get upset and worked up.  She also has a great whoa.  Still needs work developing muscle in her hindend and back to really dig in and move but the speed is deffinately there!
